Shipping & Delivery
Note: Temporary all delivery will be handled by our personal courier service at a flat rate of $5 to residential address only not inclusive Sentosa, CBD areas. All orders with complete payment will take a process of 1-3 working days from the time we received your orders Local standard delivery via Ninjapac handled by Ninjavan, it is doorstep delivery and comes with a tracking number. Upon all successful payments all orders will take 1-3 working days to process for QC/Packing/Posting from our side and another 1-3 working days from the delivery host. You will receive an update of your tracking number via email/mobile number (msg) from the delivery host once parcel picked up from the drop off point. If u did not receive your tracking number within 3-5 working days from the date of your purchased order kindly check with us via whatsapp us at +65 8022 2602 Currently our system doesn't allow us to add additional options for shipping hence you can also add on Delivery Services manually, click on the drop down menu, search for "Add On" and select "Delivery Services". Select the options stated accordingly. Kindly select "Self Collection" upon check out if you opted for Delivery Services Self Collection is available via appt only Location: Woodlands 11 only Please inform 1 working day in advance via IG Dm or WA before collecting, no last minute collection - All orders will be process within 1-3 working days upon full payment for Standard Delivery - Delivery will be done during weekdays only (Mon - Thurs) - Please note that no postings/deliveries over the weekends (Friday inclusive) except for special cases.
Return & Exchange Policy
